Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and woy99 (the "Platform"). - You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the Platform.
- You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of woy99, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform for any reason.
- You must not be registered on any national or international self-exclusion program that prohibits access to online gaming services.
Age Verification: woy99 reserves the right to request proof-of-age documentation at any point. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended and any funds held will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, minus any bonus amounts claimed.
CLAUSE 3
Account Registration
To access wagering and financial features of the Platform, you must create a single registered Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:
- One Account Per Player: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, device, IP address, bank account, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any winnings derived from wagers placed across those accounts.
- Accurate Information: You are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account. woy99 is not responsible for any losses
arising from your failure to keep account details up to date.
- Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. woy99 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling optional two-factor authentication (OTP). Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your responsibility, unless you have promptly notified woy99 of unauthorized access.
- KYC Verification: woy99 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any subsequent point. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is satisfied.
- Contact Details: A valid, personally owned email address and mobile number are required at registration. These are used for account recovery, security alerts, and promotional communications (which you may opt out of at any time).

Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the woy99 Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:
4.1 Deposits
- Deposits may be made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata) or via supported e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
- Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page and are subject to change. Players will be notified of any changes in advance.
- Deposits are credited to the Player's Wallet upon confirmation of receipt. Processing times vary by payment method but typically complete within 5 minutes during WIB business hours.
- woy99 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which woy99 accepts no responsibility.
- Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the originating account.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
- Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. woy99 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes during WIB business hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available business window.
- woy99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

AML Policy: In accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering standards, woy99 requires all deposits and withdrawals to be made through accounts registered in the Player's verified name. Betting & Gaming Rules

- Acceptance of Wagers: All wagers are accepted at woy99's sole discretion. woy99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager without being required to give a reason, provided this discretion is not exercised arbitrarily or in bad faith.
- Void Wagers: A wager may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, palpable pricing mistakes, match abandonment, or evidence of match manipulation. Voided wagers are returned to the Player's Wallet in full.

- Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. Limits are displayed at the point of wagering and may be adjusted by woy99 at any time, including on a per-Player basis.
- Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live game or in-play betting event, woy99 will endeavour to reinstate the session in its prior state where technically possible. If reinstatement is not possible, the wager will be settled according to the outcome of the event or game round in progress at the time of disconnection.
CLAUSE 7
Responsible Gaming
woy99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, sustainable environment for all Players. The following provisions reflect that commitment:
- Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 and over. Age verification is conducted at registration and may be repeated at any point.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gaming is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion through our support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure, during which the account will be blocked from all access.

- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions.
- Registering more than one account or accessing the Platform on behalf of another person without express authorization.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering activity designed to manipulate outcomes or exploit odds.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software errors, or pricing mistakes ("palpable errors") in a systematic or deliberate manner.
- Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
- Chargebacks or unauthorized dispute filings with your bank or payment provider in respect of deposits made to the Platform. Any chargeback attempt will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention tool.
CLAUSE 9
Intellectual Property
All content on the woy99 Platform — including but not limited to the woy99 brand name, logo, visual design, software, game content, text, graphics, icons, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of woy99 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of woy99.
Third-party game content and studio names (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under licence.
CLAUSE 10
Privacy & Data

- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or data, provided that woy99 has taken reasonable security precautions.

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Termination
woy99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's bank or payment provider.
- Determination that the Player is located in or is a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in the Player's Wallet will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
